Support

A clear route back to saving.

Start with the guide that matches what you are trying to do. ClipRoute keeps recovery controls in the extension instead of hiding them on a remote account page.

01

Install and pin ClipRoute

Install from the Chrome Web Store, open Chrome’s Extensions menu, and pin ClipRoute so its button stays in the toolbar.

02

Connect Google Drive

Open ClipRoute, choose Connect Google Drive, select your Google account, and approve the drive.file permission shown by Google.

03

Save a page, selection, or link

Open a regular website, click ClipRoute, choose Clean article, Selection, or Link only, then choose Save to Drive.

04

Retry a failed save

Open Settings → Failed saves. Choose Retry now after connectivity returns. ClipRoute also retries temporary failures automatically.

05

Disconnect Google Drive

Open Settings → General, choose Disconnect Google Drive, and confirm. Reconnect from the popup whenever you want to save again.

06

Delete local data

Delete an individual queued capture under Failed saves. To remove all local preferences, rules, history, and queued content, uninstall ClipRoute. Files already in Drive are not deleted.

Still stuck?

Use the Support link on ClipRoute's Chrome Web Store listing. Include the save mode, website domain, and the exact message shown in Failed saves. Do not send OAuth tokens or private captured content.
